1. A gift voucher (hereinafter referred to as the “Voucher”) can be purchased by visiting AUM Wellness Clinic at Z. Sierakausko g. 25, Vilnius, by calling +370 618 11108, by emailing info@aumclinic.lt, or through the online store at aumshop.lt.<\/p>\n
2. The Voucher is available in electronic or physical form. The physical Voucher is provided in special packaging.<\/p>\n
3. The Voucher can be purchased for a desired monetary amount or for a specific service.<\/p>\n
4. The Voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n
5. Payment for Vouchers can be made in cash, by bank card, via bank transfer in advance, or using payment methods available in the online store.<\/p>\n
6. The Voucher can be used to purchase services or products provided by AUM Wellness Clinic.<\/p>\n
7. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other Vouchers or cash.<\/p>\n
8. The Voucher can only be used once.<\/p>\n
9. If the total cost of the products and\/or services is less than the value of the Voucher, no change will be given. If the total cost exceeds the Voucher value, the price difference must be paid.<\/p>\n
10. VAT invoices are not issued when purchasing a Voucher. Upon request, a prepayment invoice for the Voucher can be issued. A VAT invoice can only be issued after the service(s) is used and\/ or the product(s) is purchased.<\/p>\n
11. If the Voucher is not used within its validity period, no refund is issued, and it is considered that the product(s) and\/or service(s) have been provided.<\/p>\n
12. When using the Voucher to purchase products and\/or services, it must be presented to the attending administrative staff in either electronic or physical form.<\/p>\n
13. Advance booking is required for all services provided by AUM Wellness Clinic.<\/p>\n
